About the Instructor
Tami is a dedicated mum of one (soon to be two) who is passionate about health and encouraging others to be the best versions of themselves they can be. She believes that there is nothing more important than the health and happiness of your family.
She has been in the health and fitness industry since 2010, when she worked as a Personal Trainer. Always having had a never waning interest in nutrition and focused on offering a more holistic approach to help improve people’s lives, she then completed her studies as a Health Coach in 2015.
In 2016 she embarked on a mission to help improve the health of our future generation. From Tami’s own personal experiences through fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood, along with years of research she is determined to help others understand the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle to ensure the best future for their families.
Tami is incredibly
passionate about the health, happiness and well-being of her own family and wants to share this passion with others to help them set their families up for positive and pro-active futures.

About the Best Start For Bub Program
The Best Start For Bub Program is about giving you the knowledge and the know how to empower you to make the necessary changes to ensure you are best preparing your health, body and lifestyle to give your future bub the best start in life.
Over the five Modules you will learn about all the different aspects of your lifestyle that need to be considered when it comes to a healthy, happy and safe future. This Program will help you make sure yourself, your partner, your home and your lifestyle are super clean and safe – without completely depriving yourselves – so that you can feel confident in knowing that you have taken the time to set your little family up with the best possible future.
We cover a huge variety of topics, from what steps you can take to make sure your body is as toxin free as possible, how to ensure you’re nourishing your body through the foods that you put into it, you’ll learn what sorts of exercise you should be including into your routine and why being active is so important through to how to make sure your home is toxin and chemical free. Throughout the Program you will see the clear messages of just why it is so important to lead a proactive, healthy, conscious and active lifestyle so that you can be positive role models for your future children.
